That’s where we come in.
P3 is a national charity dedicated to changing lives for the better by providing vital support, opportunities and a sense of belonging. Each year, we support over 30,000 people through a wide range of services, including:
Our work is made possible through funding from central and local governments, the NHS and the generosity of local businesses, donors and community partners. Behind it all, a dedicated team of hundreds of staff and volunteers make a real difference every day.
Whether you’re a landlord looking for a partner to support reliable tenancies, a volunteer or donor eager to contribute, someone looking for your next career or someone looking for support, we’re pretty sure there’s a place for you at P3.
Because at P3, people always come first.
P3 is all about people: the people we work alongside, the people who support us and the people who work with us. People make us who we are and they’re what sets us apart, from our Board of Trustees to our Senior Leadership Teams and everyone working in our programmes. The P3 Group comprises P3 Charity and P3 Housing. P3 Charity delivers services to support people to be valued, engaged members of the communities in which they live and includes our west London children’s and youth centre Rugby Portobello Trust.
P3 Housing is a registered housing association that provides stable, quality housing and works to improve the neighbourhoods and communities in which our people live. For more information about The Rugby Portobello Trust, visit our website.
We have an extensive history of taking on challenges that others won’t and working alongside individuals and communities to create real change. Read more about our journey.
Climate change poses an ever-growing threat to humankind. The science is clear: Without action, our planet could see a three-degree temperature rise by the Century’s end, leading to severe weather, air and ocean pollution, wildlife extinction and rising sea levels.
As an organisation, we cannot sit around and watch that happen. In the interest of the people we support, our stakeholders, our colleagues, volunteers and people living in the communities in which we serve, we have a responsibility to act now. That is why we have made a commitment to ensure we will achieve Net Zero carbon emissions by 2050 (latest) across all our operations.
In 2019, as an organisation we declared a Climate Emergency and published our first climate action plan, which was followed by our first Carbon Reduction Plan in 2022. In 2024 we began our partnership with TreeApp, which plants a tree for every new colleague who joins P3 (and there are a lot!).
