Mark qualified as a Registered Mental Nurse in 1990. Prior to moving to the voluntary sector he held a number of senior management roles in the NHS and private sector. Specialising in mental health and addiction services, Mark has worked in the voluntary sector for 21 years. 

Jo is a qualified mental health nurse and has extensive experience of both statutory and voluntary sector working.

She joined P3 in 2003 and initially led on the transformation of homelessness services, moving to become the national Director of Operations then Chief Operating Officer.

Her role is to provide leadership to the operations team and to ensure that best practice is embedded within service delivery. Jo champions involvement in all aspects of the organisation, using the ‘nothing about us without us’ slogan to involve people we work alongside at every level.

Jo says: “I am proud to be part of an organisation that is mission driven, staying true to our values and always seeking new and innovative ways to work with people to change lives.”

Kathy has over twenty years’ experience in the voluntary sector in various settings. Prior to joining P3 she was the CEO of a Derbyshire based charity dedicated to supporting people with mental health problems (this charity merged with P3, but still retains its specialism). Today Kathy’s role oversees P3's Human Resources team.

Kathy states: “I feel privileged to work at P3; we are passionate and compassionate and the people we work alongside are at the forefront of everything we do.”

Kathy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management, qualified with a MBA and a Psychology BSc (Hons). She is also the trustee of a mental health infrastructure charity. 

Gemma’s role focusses on enabling P3 to enhance its current service provision and grow into new areas, increasing the charity’s reach and ability to support a greater number of vulnerable people. She is experienced in ‘Social Impact Bond’ development and project mobilisation.

Gemma has worked in the voluntary sector for over 15 years focusing on business development, partnership working and fundraising. She is a fully certified member of the Institute of Fundraising and holds their Certificate in Fundraising Management.
