Safeguarding
Here at P3, our people are at the heart of all we do, every day, so ensuring safeguarding is pivotal in our support services, recruitment processes and day to day operations is something we take very seriously.
We have detailed, robust induction processes detailing our safeguarding processes, procedures and policies and the professional boundaries we expect for every colleague and volunteer. Our recruitment process includes DBS checks for all operational colleagues and full referencing along with ensuring that we hear the voice of people in service within panels.
If a safeguarding concern does arise, we ensure it is fully investigated and report to both local authorities, charity commission (if meets the threshold) and report to DBS where necessary.
We have Safeguarding Adults and Children local and national policies and procedures along with other relevant policies that are regularly reviewed in line with changes to local authority processes and national legislation changes.
Safeguarding Children Policy
All of our supported accommodation for young people who are care experienced are working in line with the new Ofsted Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023.
If you have any safeguarding concerns relating to P3 Group, please contact us on info@p3charity.org all concerns raised will be treated sensitively and seriously.
