Corporate & team volunteering

Volunteer as a team with your workmates, friends or community group.

You don’t need to be an expert to give your time, skills or energy, just hold a passion for people and a desire to support them to realise their own potential and regain their independence – and there are lots of ways you can do this!

Give your time as a team

Join us for a day or even an afternoon to get your team out of the office and out into the community. Volunteering in your local P3 service is a fantastic team-building activity that will have a lasting impact on the people we support.

Volunteer outdoors

Support the people we work alongside, and your team’s health and wellbeing at the same time, with these ideas for outdoor volunteering:

    • Supported accommodation: Help us to paint, plant, pot and transform the gardens and outdoor spaces at our P3 properties, offering the people we support somewhere peaceful and therapeutic to go. We have locations in Derbyshire, Cheshire, Lincolnshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, West London & Gloucestershire.
    • Allotments: We have two P3 allotments in Derbyshire and the Cotswolds which host gardening and craft sessions, a ‘Men in Sheds’ group, and the chance for people to do something social and active outdoors. Volunteers are always welcome!

Volunteer at our drop-in services

We also hold drop-in advice sessions at our P3 Navigator hubs across the country, providing advice and signposting on housing issues, mental health support, substance misuse, employment and training, as well as reconnection for people with their community through groups.

Do you have professional or development skills you could share with the people we work alongside?

  • Whether you can offer CV writing and interview tips, creative workshops or complementary therapy sessions, people accessing support from P3 could benefit from your expertise.
  • Short and longer term commitments welcome, from one-off visits to weekly sessions.
  • Locations in Derbyshire, Warwickshire, Cheshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, West London and Gloucestershire.
