Street Outreach

Helping to get people off the streets and into stable, safe accommodation.

What we do

Nobody should have to sleep on the streets. We can help support people who are rough sleeping, and often vulnerable and alone, to get off the streets and into stable and safe accommodation. We will help people access the services they need to get their lives back on track and realise their potential.

We can support you if:

  • You live in Warwickshire
  • Are homeless/sleeping rough/sofa surfing

How we can help

Our staff will work with each person to motivate them and encourage them to engage with us. The help we will offer includes not only accommodation, but also support to access drug and alcohol treatment, healthcare, assistance with benefits, reconnection to their local area/country, and more.

We will work in close partnership with other local providers and services to ensure the people we are working with have access to the full range of support that they need.

P3 will work closely with district and county councils, police, faith and community groups, and other voluntary services to identify and support homeless people and people sleeping rough.
