P3 Charity is pleased to publish the results from our gender pay gap report for 2018. The data was taken from the 'snapshot date' of 5th April 2018.

The gender pay gap is an analysis on the difference between what men and women earn in the workplace, and as an organisation with more than 250 employees, P3 is required by law to submit annual gender pay gap figures to the Government.
