P3 named as 'Registered Social Housing Provider'
P3 Housing has been awarded the title of 'Registered Provider of Social Housing' by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).
P3 Housing - a new subsidiary company of P3 Charity - applied for the status with the RSH, which is a directorate of the government-appointed Homes England (formerly Homes and Communities Agency).
This means P3 Housing will join a national register of Government approved and regulated social housing providers.
Director of Housing & Assets, Kathy Kozlowski, said:
"I am so pleased to announce that we have been successful in our application and P3 Housing is now a Registered Provider of Social Housing. For me it is great to be regulated, as it drives quality and standards, which in turn improves the quality of service to our tenants and protects their long term interests."
The regulatory framework includes Governance, Value For Money, Tenancy Standards, Tenant Participation, Risk and Quality.
