Derbyshire Outreach Team (DOT) is back!

P3's Derbyshire Outreach Team (DOT) has been reinstated, offering support to people sleeping on the streets of Derbyshire.
The service originally ran from January 2017 to March 2018, and was forced to close due to lack of funding.
Now relaunched as of December 2019, the team go out in the early hours across the county, responding to referrals from members of the public as well as checking known rough sleeping sites. Outreach workers aim to understand the reasons why someone has had no alternative but to sleep outside, and work with them to access a safe place to stay, and the right support to move forwards with their life.
