P3 shortlisted for Customer Satisfaction award!

14 November 2019

P3's Involvement team, People Shaping P3, have made it to the final of the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, which recognise organisations with exceptional customer service.

The team have been nominated for the ‘Co-Creation/Collaboration’ category for their work to involve the people we work alongside in the design and delivery of P3’s services.

The nomination was based on the strength of our co-produced Customer Service Training for staff, which was developed by PSP3, volunteers and people with experience of P3’s services.

The course explores in-depth how people wish to be treated when they come to P3, from the kind of language used to build trust and rapport, to creative tips on how to engage people who have found it difficult to access support historically.

PSP3’s Josh Jones said:

“We are so proud to be a finalist for the Best Service Co-Creation Collaboration Award!

"Collaboration is what we are all about and P3’s co-produced Customer Service training is a bold, innovative piece of work that reminds us why we do what we do, highlighting the importance of kindness and compassion. It feels ‘real’ because it is real – the training was planned, delivered and evaluated by the people we work alongside – people whose strengths are often not explored, or whose experiences are used against them.”

The prestigious awards are hosted by the Institute of Customer Service and the ceremony will take place at the Hilton on Park Lane in London on 3 March 2020.

Good luck to the team!
