Homeless Link film showcases the impact of ACTion Lincs
Homeless Link have released a short film showing the vital work of the ACTion Lincs partnership to address rough sleeping across Lincolnshire.
The film was made in celebration of the partnership, led by P3, winning the 'Excellence in collaboration and partnership working' category at the Homeless Link Awards earlier this year.
The partnership's success comes down to co-working with police, NHS, support agencies like Addaction and eight different local authorities across Lincoln and Lincolnshire, to find lasting solutions for people who needed joined-up, holistic support to exit the streets.
The project launched in 2017, and 90% of people who have entered the service are now being supported in their own accommodation.
