ACTion Lincs partnership

ACTion Lincs is a Housing First initiative for people who have been rough sleeping recurrently or for a long time, and works closely with local authorities and specialist agencies across Lincolnshire, making it the top contender in the category of Promoting partnerships and collaborative working.

Operations Manager Jonny Goldsmith said:

“ACTion Lincs was born out of a need to do things differently, in recognition that current services were not meeting the needs of people who had spend prolonged periods of time sleeping on the streets of Lincolnshire.

“As such – whilst ACTion Lincs is lead by P3 – the key to its success has been the time, expertise and resources offered by our partners across housing, health and the criminal justice sectors which has enabled us to overcome some of the complex issues that we have experienced along the way."

P3 Leicestershire Homelessness Prevention

The Leics Coaching service was 'Highly Commended' in the category of Excellence in supporting people for its innovative and psychologically-informed 'coaching' approach to preventing homelessness. 84% of the people at risk of homelessness in Leicestershire & Rutland were able to stay in their homes thanks to the efforts of this team.

Operations Manager Megan Wardle said:

"I’m so proud that this amazing new initiative has been recognised for the excellence that it delivers. Our staff do a tremendous job and deserve an opportunity to be recognised for their prevention work and the successful outcomes that they support people to achieve. I’m sure people who use our services will also be very proud!"
