What we offer
At P3, we offer a 6-12 month hassle-free contract for private landlords, during which we manage every aspect of the tenancy.
The key difference between guaranteed rent and more traditional services is that you receive a contractual agreement between us (P3) and you (the landlord). We pay any deposits and would be responsible for any maintenance or redecoration that would need to be carried out to ensure that the property is handed back in the same condition. We effectively become your tenant, so it is vital that the tenants we then select to live in the property treat it with respect.
