Homelessness Service

Supporting people to keep their home or find
a stable place to live.

What we do

Here at P3 we understand people from all walks of life and through a variety of circumstances can become homeless.

This new service focuses on enabling people to access and maintain somewhere safe and settled to live. It works alongside adults who are facing multiple disadvantages and are at risk of homelessness or are street homeless. It combines holistic, person-centred support to tackle the root cause of a person’s homelessness, while supporting them to access and maintain their housing in the local community.

A bespoke, tailored support plan is developed for each person. By working collaboratively with the Council’s Housing Advice Team and aligned partner agencies, we ensure each person has access to the right ongoing support for their personal circumstances. Our approach is trauma informed, strengths-based and person-led as our teamwork at the person’s pace to ensure they feel safe and can develop the trust needed to bring about positive long-term change.

We want people to thrive, to move on into settled, stable accommodation and to achieve their potential through access to education, training or employment—all while leading a healthier, positive lifestyle—so they never have to experience homelessness again.

We can help you if you are:

  • Aged 18+
  • Have a local connection to Stratford-on-Avon
