What we do
This service provides housing related support for people placed in emergency accommodation by Rotherham Council's Homelessness Prevention Team.
Our team provides advice and practical support to enable access to specialist services to ensure people's holistic needs are met.
This includes support with:
- Building tenancy skills.
- Budgeting and managing debt.
- Improving health and wellbeing.
- Accessing other services, such as support for substance misuse, or mental health.
- Connecting with community activities and developing positive support networks.
- Accessing employment, education, or training.
Who do we help
Single people aged 18+ and families placed in emergency accommodation by Rotherham Council's Homelessness Prevention Team.
