Nottingham Young Persons Homeless Prevention Service

For young people who need support with managing their existing tenancy and independent living skills and for those at risk of becoming homeless.

What we do

If you're aged 16 to 21 (up to 25 if care experienced) and need support to manage your tenancy or housing, we're here to help. We work with you to prevent homelessness and create a stable and secure living situation.

Who we support    

We support young people aged 16 to 21 (up to 25 if care experienced) who need housing advice or have been referred by Nottingham City Council for tenancy management and homelessness prevention support.

How to get help 

To access this service, you will need a referral from the Nottingham City Council Housing Solutions Team. You can contact them HERE.
