What we do
This service offers accommodation and support to young parents aged 16-21. Support is focused on developing skills and confidence to enable the people we work alongside to flourish and achieve fully independent lives.
Who do we help
- Young families / parents aged 16-21.
- Young pregnant people who are in need of housing related support or are at risk of homelessness.

Referrals are via a central point of contact operated by Nottinghamshire County Council's Children and Family Service, please contact us for more information regarding referral pathways.
