What we do
This service offers community-based, floating support for young people who are homeless or at risk of losing their home.
We can help you manage and maintain your accommodation, live independently, and give you the guidance to access help from other local services, such as support with mental health issues, debt and budgeting.
We can offer support in a variety of ways, including telephone advice, drop-in appointments and one-to-one home visits.
Who we help
This service can help if you:
- Live in the borough of Hillingdon
- Are aged 16-24
- Need support with a housing-related issue
How to get help
You can access this service through a referral from Hillingdon Social Services, or any other organisation.
Alternatively, call 01895 436114 or drop in to our Navigator in Yiewsley (no appointments necessary).
