Hillingdon HEALTH & WELLBEING Navigator

Mentasl health, wellbeing support and drop-in advice for young people aged 11-25

What we do

You don’t need to wait until a problem is getting on top of you before you try talking with someone.

Our Health & Wellbeing Yiewsley Navigator is open to all young people who need advice or support about a range of topics, including your mental health and wellbeing, housing or school/college situation, challenges in your home life or relationships, or even if you simply need pointing in the right direction.

Our Health & Wellbeing Hub is now open!

We can help you find the right health and wellbeing support for you, whether that’s speaking to a wellbeing worker, accessing mental health services or talking to someone who’s been through a similar situation.
