What we do

People from all walks of life and through a variety of circumstances can find themselves homeless.

This service provides a safe place for adults who are homeless to live and combines it with a personalised support package to tackle the root cause of their homelessness. The service operates both 24-hour, staffed accommodation, available in Erewash and South Derbyshire, alongside supporting people to access housing in the community.

Each individual has a tailored support plan and named key worker, supporting them not only with their accommodation, but also with issues such as addiction, offending and debt.

We want to enable people to achieve their potential and move on to settled, stable accommodation and lead a healthier, positive lifestyle - never finding themselves homeless again.

We can help you if you are:

• Aged 18+
• Have a local connection to the Derbyshire area

You may also be eligible for support from our Derbyshire Independent Living service.
 

How to get help

You can call us and refer yourself for support, or if you are working with another organisation, they can contact us directly on your behalf. You can also ask for a referral from Erewash Borough Council and South Derbyshire District Council.
