What we do

This county-wide floating support service is for people who need support to manage and maintain their accommodation if it is at risk.

Our flexible approach will ensure you receive the right support, at the right time, and in the right place, in order to prevent homelessness, and help you work towards independence.

We can offer you our low-level support package where we will offer you a short-term service for up to 2 weeks remotely or out in the community (waiting lists for this service are usually shorter) Including:

Housing advice
Support to complete application forms (examples) Bucks Home Choice
Applications / DHP requests
Signposting or making referrals, for example foodbanks, grant givers or other support services.

We can support you if:

You are aged 16+, live in Buckinghamshire and
You have a significant risk of homelessness or
You are struggling to manage your home independently or
You need support to start a new tenancy (that is already in place).

Drop-In Advice & Support Services

Unfortunately, all drop in services will close on 31st May 2024.
