All volunteers are given training and an induction to start their role, as well as ongoing support and supervision (feedback) from a dedicated supervisor. In addition to receiving support from the service youâre working in, youâll also be supported by our Volunteering Department throughout your journey with us. If youâre volunteering to learn specific skills or as a way into employment, let us know and we can help track your progress to show potential employers.
We think the most rewarding volunteering experiences come from really clear expectations, both from us as a charity and from you as a volunteer.
You may want to have a look at our Volunteer Handbook, which gives an overview these expectations and our promise to our volunteers.
