More About Us

The Street Outreach and Prevention service sits within P3 Wolverhampton Homeless Accommodation and Support Services. It helps people who are sleeping rough or at risk of losing their home, offering a pathway out of homelessness for lasting change.

We work with multiple organisations to connect people with the support services they need. This includes drug and alcohol services, safe housing and physical and mental health support.

We provide housing-related advice to help people manage and maintain their current home if it’s at risk. We can also liaise between landlords and tenants to keep people in secure housing and prevent evictions.
