What we do
This service offers flexible, community-based support and advice to help you maintain your independence.
We aim to address the reasons why you may be having difficulties managing your home or daily life, and work to meet your needs before things reach crisis point.
Support can be delivered in your home, over the phone, through group sessions or via digital support through apps like WhatsApp and Skype. We can provide one-off advice sessions, or arrange to support you until your needs are met.
