Flexible support and advice in a place and time to suit you

What we do

This service offers flexible, community-based support and advice to help you maintain your independence.

We aim to address the reasons why you may be having difficulties managing your home or daily life, and work to meet your needs before things reach crisis point.

Support can be delivered in your home, over the phone, through group sessions or via digital support through apps like WhatsApp and Skype. We can provide one-off advice sessions, or arrange to support you until your needs are met.

Who we support

We can support you if you are an adult aged 18+ living in the City of Wolverhampton, who meets one or more of the following criteria:

  • Your accommodation or independence is at risk
  • You have long-term support needs
  • You have mental health difficulties

Alternatively, you may be eligible for our Wolverhampton Housing and Homelessness Service.

How we can support you

We create a package of support tailored to you, assisting you in:

  • Accessing benefits
  • Budgeting and debt management
  • Maintaining your tenancy
  • Signposting to relevant services such as mental health support
  • Accessing community groups
  • Information about employment or education opportunities
