solihull Supported accommodation

Providing temporary supported housing and enabling people to work towards independent living.

This service provides temporary supported accommodation in Solihull for single people and couples, enabling them to move on successfully to longer-term housing.

Staff are onsite to support with daily living skills, and work with clients around any difficulties which may be preventing from clients managing independently, such as mental ill health or financial issues.

We aim to provide clients with the tools to apply for and sustain their own tenancy in the future.

We can support you with:

  • Housing issues
  • Accessing the right benefits
  • Independent living skills such as meal planning and budgeting
  • Accessing other services such as addiction or mental health support
  • Moving on and taking on a new tenancy


We can support you if you are:

  •  Aged 18+
  • Homeless or at risk of homelessness

This service is open from 8 November 2018. To access this service, you must be referred by Solihull Community Housing.
