Slough Floating Support

Helping people to sustain their tenancy and live independently.

Please note

Unfortunately P3’s services in Slough will end on 3 October 2019.

Due to this we are now going through a demobilisation process and need to let you know the following information regards support and referrals:

  • We are no longer able to accept any new referrals for clients in need of a floating support service
  • We will continue to offer low level drop in support from our Navigator building until the 21st June. New clients can be signposted here but we will only be able to offer short term/ low level advice at this drop in.
  • For all open and existing clients of the service, we will ensure there is a smooth transition and plan in place for each client and will be in contact with any other professionals we are already working jointly with to arrange this.

We want to reassure you that P3 will do everything to ensure that the transition and end of this service will be handled as carefully as possible to support existing clients.

On behalf of P3, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your dedication to the charity and the loyal support you have shown us over the years that we have been working together in the Slough community.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need any further information.
