RUTLAND HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS FLOATING SUPPORT

Supporting people to manage their housing needs and live independently

What We Do

Our new Floating Support service in Rutland can provide up to 18 months of support to:

  • Prevent homelessness and retain current housing where possible
  • Prevent repeat homelessness and crisis situations
  • Support people to sustain their tenancy and in gain independent living skills

We are person-centred and strength-based, meaning we will support you in the best ways for you and your personal circumstances. We also work with the council to keep the service under continuous review to ensure that we are delivering the best possible support at any given time.

With links to local organisations including the housing options team, social care, mental health teams and drug/alcohol services, we can connect you with the specialised support you need.

Who We Support

We are here for any Rutland residents over the age of 16 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or in housing need.

We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with flexibility where needed).
