What we do
This service works alongside people who have formally slept rough and are now in accommodation, supporting them to maintain their home or move-on from temporary housing to a more stable place to live.
Our flexible approach will ensure you receive the right support, at the right time and in the right place in order to prevent homelessness, and help you work towards independence. We will work alongside you to identify your goals, provide support so that you can achieve them and address your housing-related needs along the way.
We can offer a bespoke package of support for up to 6 months, centred around you and your life, to tackle the reasons why you are struggling to maintain a home.
