We work with young people aged 16 to 18 who are receiving support from Hillingdon Social Services. We provide supported accommodation, guidance on independent living, help with education and employment, and support for your mental and physical health.
We can help you if you’re aged 16 to 18 and currently looked after by Hillingdon Social Services.

P3 Hillingdon at Swakefields offers supported accommodation for young people aged 16-18 who are in the care of the local authority.
There are 8 spaces, with staff around 24/7 to make sure the surroundings are always safe, supportive and welcoming. While staying with us, we equip people with confidence, knowledge and skills to enable them to live independently.
