24/7 supported accommodation
P3 Hillingdon at Chilton House provides supported accommodation for young people aged 16 to 25 who are in the care of the local authority.
Chilton House has staff onsite 24/7 to provide a safe and supportive environment. With space for 10 young people, we help them learn the skills and find the confidence they need for independent living.
