Reducing reoffending by providing support to adults serving a probation order.

P3 work alongside Hampshire Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC), supporting people across Hampshire who are currently serving a probation order.

You can be referred to our service by your Case Manager if:

  • You have an OGRS score of 50 or over*
  • You have 4 or more needs
  • You’re willing to engage with support

*Speak to your Case Manager for more information.

How we can help

We complete an independent assessment and agree an action plan to address a variety of social and emotional needs that may be contributing to a person’s involvement in offending.

P3’s link workers offer dedicated and consistent support, to build a trusting relationship. We provide a wrap-around service, tailoring our support to the needs of each individual person and work collaboratively with our clients to find solutions for complex problems.

We commonly support people to:

  • Access housing
  • Prevent eviction
  • Access benefits and manage finances
  • Access drug and alcohol services
  • Access mental health support

We work with a variety of professionals to co-ordinate your support in the short-term, while assisting you to access services that can support you for the longer-term.

How we’re funded

P3’s Justice Services are delivered as part of the Ministry of Justice’s Transforming Rehabilitation programme. P3 is part of the Purple Futures partnership between Interserve, 3SC, P3 and Shelter. We manage services in Cheshire and Greater Manchester, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, Humberside, Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and Merseyside. Together we supervise over 36,000 people going through the justice system each year. Interserve is the majority partner and is responsible for overall service delivery.
