We provide a safe and comfortable temporary home for families at risk of homelessness.
We can support parents who are at least 18 years old and who have been referred to us by the Halton Borough Council Housing Solutions team.
You will need a referral from Halton Borough Council’s Housing Solutions Team to use this service. You can get in touch with them by calling 0303 333 4300 between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday.
For emergency, out-of-hours support, you can call them on 0333 000 4300.

P3 Halton Families Service at Grangeway Court provides temporary accommodation and support to families experiencing homelessness who have been referred to us by Halton Borough Council’s Housing Solutions team.
We provide two homes in Runcorn and 14 bungalow-style flats for families in need. Our support is tailored to each family’s situation. We continue to offer short-term help for up to four weeks after families leave our homes, helping them adjust to independent living.
