We provide housing support to help you build the skills you need for your next step towards independent living.
We can help you if you’re over 18 years old and have been referred by the Cheshire East Council housing or mental health team.
12 months.
You will need a referral from Cheshire East Council to use this service.
P3 Fresh Start provides housing and support for people who have prolonged or repeated experiences of homelessness.
We offer eight temporary accommodation units and work closely with other services to make sure support continues when people move on to the next stage of their lives.
