We support people in Derbyshire and Staffordshire Moorlands who need emergency accommodation outside of normal council working hours, providing help when it’s needed most.
To access this service, you must have a ‘priority need’. If you are eligible, we can arrange emergency accommodation for you until you can speak with your local council on the next working day.
We support people aged 16 and over and who have a priority need, become homeless outside of normal local authority working hours and who are living in one of the following areas:

P3 Derbyshire Out of Hours service operates on behalf of the nine local authorities in Derbyshire and Staffordshire Moorlands.
This service helps people who become homeless outside of normal council working hours, ensuring emergency accommodation is provided when needed. It operates from 5pm to 9am on weekdays and 24 hours during weekends and bank holidays.
To access this service, you must have a priority need. If eligible, you’ll be placed in a local bed and breakfast for emergency accommodation until you can speak with your local council on the next working day.
This accommodation is funded by the local authority.
