We provide a safe place to stay for people experiencing homelessness, with housing advice and support to help you find suitable, stable accommodation.
We help people aged 18 and over who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
To access, this service, you’ll need a referral from the P3 Derbyshire and Staffordshire Moorlands Outreach Team.

P3 Chesterfield Complex Needs Service provides safe and stable housing for adults who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
We offer 5 self-contained accommodation spaces along with wrap-around support to address the root causes of homelessness and help people maintain stable housing in the long term.
