Helping to reduce re-offending around Cheshire and Greater Manchester.

What we do

P3 support people with an offending history in Cheshire & Greater Manchester. We work with people who are currently serving a probation order.

You can be referred to our service by your Offender Manager if:

  • You score 75 or over in the OGR scale*
  • You have 7 or more needs
  • You’re willing to engage with support

*Speak to your Offender Manager for more information.

How we can help

We complete an independent assessment and agree an action plan to address a variety of social and emotional needs that may be contributing to a person’s involvement in offending.

P3’s link workers offer dedicated and consistent support, to build a trusting relationship. We tailor our support to the needs of each individual person and work collaboratively with that person to find solutions for complex problems.

We commonly support people to:

  • Access housing
  • Prevent eviction
  • Access benefits and manage finances
  • Access drug and alcohol services
  • Access mental health support

We work with a variety of professionals, providing a wrap-around service to co-ordinate your support in the short-term, while assisting you to access services that can support you for the longer-term.
