ACTion Lincs: Lincolnshire Homelessness project

Life-changing support for people who are sleeping rough

What we do

ACTion Lincs (Assertive Community Treatment in Lincolnshire) is a new project launched in September 2017 and running until March 2021, tackling the long-term causes of homelessness, and providing life-changing support to some of the most vulnerable people in Lincolnshire.

This service offers lasting, integrated support to people by helping them to access and sustain:

  • Accommodation
  • Mental health and drug/alcohol support
  • Education, training and employment opportunities

Support will be provided in any setting; whether that be the street, hospital, prison or in someone’s home.

Who we support

This project has been created to support 120 people who have extremely complex needs, having slept outside for long periods of time, or experienced multiple episodes of homelessness.

How to get help

This service is not currently open to new referrals. If you live in Lincolnshire, the following services may be able to help:

How we are funded

ACTion Lincs is using Social Impact Bond funding made available by Central Government as part of their Homelessness Prevention Program in 2016.

P3 are overseeing this project, working in partnership with twelve local organisations across the county, including Lincolnshire County Council and seven district councils:
