P3 Celebrate Excellence with Simply the Best Awards
Warmest congratulations to everyone who was shortlisted for a P3 Simply the Best Award.
Wednesday evening saw over 200 colleagues coming together by the power of Zoom for some well-earned, but socially distanced celebrations and festivities.
The awards covered four categories and recognised the dedication, commitment and sheer hard work of P3 collegues through the challenges presented by the pandemic over the past two years.
P3 CEO Mark Simms stated: “Without a doubt, your efforts will have saved lives,” adding: “I couldn’t be prouder or more grateful.”
Team of the Year
Derbyshire Outreach Team and their wider team Keeping Everyone In, the Homeless Prevention Navigators and the Prison Navigator
P3 Leaders of the Year
Service Manager Katrina Brocklehurst (Derbyshire) and Service Coordinator Linda Brookes (Cheshire)
Mandy Griffin Memorial Award
This is a special award honouring Mandy's memory, awarded to the most compassionate colleagues with the wickedest sense of humour, just like Mandy!
Support Worker Leeann Clarke (Warwickshire) and Floating Support Worker Heidi Gibbins (Cambridgeshire)
P3 Person Award
Support Worker Rachel Twocock (Warwickshire), Senior Support Worker Claire Henry (Derbyshire) and overall winner Support Worker Rhian Weston (Cheshire)
The RPT Homework Club, P3 Head of Development Alison Marjoram and Service Manager Naomi Clark (Cambridgeshire) also deserve special mentions for being highly commended in their categories.
