P3 named one of the top 100 UK social enterprises
We’re thrilled to once again announce that P3 Charity have made it onto this year’s NatWest SE100 Index, the annual list of the UK’s leading 100 social enterprises, compiled by Pioneers Post in partnership with NatWest Social & Community Capital.
The index is all about measuring and demonstrating social impact for the people we work alongside, and P3 completed a comprehensive survey exploring key aspects of our business performance: from leadership, resilience and storytelling to turnover, growth and profit to showcase how effectively we deliver our impact.
This year saw P3 CEO Mark Simms, winner of the SE100 2020 Leader Champion Award join forces with the SE100 panel as a judge for this year’s awards. He found the challenge of reaching a decision to name the ‘best of the best’ from a diverse group of brilliant contenders far from simple!
He stated:
“It’s a tale as old as time… [the SE100 Leader of the Year] was a really difficult category to judge because of the high standard of the finalists.
“The real highlights are at either end of the spectrum: larger, established organisations have benefitted from wise, dynamic, committed leadership that has seen them meet the challenge of survival through the pandemic, while agile, smaller, less established organisations have benefitted from being able to ‘pivot’.”
