Where to find help

If you are not rough sleeping, but still experiencing homelessness, for example you are sofa surfing or being threatened with homelessness, it is important for you to get in touch with your local homeless team.

They will be able to provide you with advice and assistance and explain what you need to do next.

What we do

Nobody should have to sleep on the streets. We can help support people who are rough sleeping, and often vulnerable and alone, to get off the streets and into stable and safe accommodation. We will help people access the services they need to get their lives back on track and realise their potential.

How we can help

Our staff will work with each person to motivate them and encourage them to engage with us. The help we will offer includes not only accommodation, but also support to access drug and alcohol treatment, healthcare, assistance with benefits, reconnection to their local area/country, and more. We also have two Advanced Nurse Practitioners seconded within our team to provide specialist mental health support.

We will work in close partnership with other local providers and services to ensure the people we are working with have access to the full range of support that they need.

P3 will work closely with district and county councils, police, faith and community groups, and other voluntary services to identify and support homeless people and people sleeping rough.

Our dedicated countywide team will then reach out and help.
